As a wellness coach and pastoral counselor, I have dedicated my life to helping others overcome their personal challenges and obstacles. My journey started when I began to explore my own spirituality and began to incorporate practical principles into my everyday life. I realized that this was the key to living a healthy and fulfilling life, and I wanted to share this knowledge from personal expererience with others.
My goal is to help people tap into their own inner strength and wisdom so that they can overcome any obstacle that comes their way. I truly believe that everybody has the ability to do this, and that it is only a matter of learning how to access these resources.
As a mother of three children and a proud grandmother, I know how important it is to lead by example and be a positive role model. This is why I am so passionate about my work - I want to help others achieve the same level of fulfillment and happiness that I have found in my own life.
Of course, my journey has not always been easy. I am a survivor of trauma and have had to work hard to overcome my own root cause issues. My own personal experiences have given me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges that people face when trying to create lasting change in their lives.
Through coaching and counseling, I have been able to help countless individuals achieve their goals and transform their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the world, and I look forward to continuing this important work for many years to come.

Coaching involves working with a trained coach/pastoral counselor to address spiritual, emotional, and psychological issues. The process typically involves several steps:
1 Initial assessment: The counselor will work with the client to understand their concerns and goals. This may involve taking a detailed history, exploring current challenges, and identifying areas of strength.
2 Developing a plan: Based on the initial assessment, the counselor will work with the client to develop a plan for moving forward. This may involve setting specific goals, identifying resources, and outlining steps to take.
3 Ongoing support: Throughout the coaching process, the counselor will provide ongoing support and guidance. This may involve listening, providing feedback, and helping the client identify patterns or issues that may be getting in the way of their progress.
4 Skill-building: Depending on the client's needs, the counselor may also work on developing specific skills or strategies. For example, they may work on communication skills, conflict resolution, or stress management.
5 Evaluation: As the coaching process progresses, the counselor will periodically evaluate progress and adjust the plan as needed.
Overall, the goal of coaching in pastoral counseling is to help clients achieve greater well-being and personal growth through a supportive, spiritually informed approach.
